Enrollment Procedures School Year 2010-2011

 
Open enrollment begins each year on the Sunday of Catholic Schools Week, which is typically the last week of January. Thereafter registration is by appointment only.  The following is necessary prior to acceptance.
Parents must complete the following necessary forms and submit them with the registration fee of $50.00 to the school.

Parents must provide a child's birth certificate, immunization records, baptismal certificate ( if applicable), current report card, current educational and/or psychological testing, letter of recommendation from school (if transferring from another school), and a letter stating parish membership (this includes members of St. Margaret).  All new students are required to complete a school placement test prior to acceptance.  Acceptance of students in grades 5-9 is probationary for the first quarter. Acceptance of students is at the discretion of the principal.

Parents interested in enrolling their student in the special needs Aquinas Program must contact Mr. Lou Rusnock at the Diocesan Office. (610-866-0581)  The Aquinas Program is for students with average or above-average intelligence who has been diagnosed with a learning disability in Math and/or Reading.  Applications for this program are available from St. Margaret School.
